Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in PONDICHERRY for the role of Senior Branch Manager. The Senior Branch Manager will Recruit Agency Partners And Agents And drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a team, achieving sales targets, strategizing for business development, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves building and fostering relationships with customers, stakeholders, and local communities.

• Expertise in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Strategic thinking with planning and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant technology platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly valued
