Senior BDR Manager – New York (4 days in office)

We’re working with a high-growth Data & AI platform that’s rapidly scaling its global B2B function and investing heavily in building a best-in-class Sales Development organisation.

This is a key leadership hire, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing SDR/BDR team while shaping the future of pipeline generation in a business experiencing strong ARR growth (~$85M) and increasing enterprise adoption.

The Role:

You’ll lead a team of 7 SDRs/BDRs (with planned growth), owning both inbound and outbound pipeline generation across North America. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, implement structure, and optimise a high-velocity sales engine.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Growth, and play a critical role in scaling the company’s enterprise go-to-market motion.

• Proven experience leading SDR / BDR teams (2+ years)

💰 Compensation: $150K Base / $210K OTE + Equity
