Bottom-up ownership: Take full ownership of the code you write—ensuring production readiness, system stability, and operational excellence; proactively improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability; embed observability and monitoring as a core part of design and development
Deliver iteratively: Work in an agile environment, shipping high-quality software with fast feedback loops

We'll love to explore more about you if you have:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a tier-1 institution—or equivalent relevant experience with a top technology company
2+ years of backend engineering experience, with expertise in at least one high-level programming language (preferably Python)
Strong hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks
Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and REST API design
Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts is a plus
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts: Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Design, and Databases
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., for code generation, code review, testing, or documentation)
