Location: Faridabad (Travel to multiple warehouse locations required)

Department: Internal Audit / Finance

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Executive to conduct audits across warehouse locations based in and around Faridabad. The role involves stock audits, inventory audits, physical verification of damaged stock, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and company policies. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and have strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stock audits and inventory audits at various warehouse locations
  • Perform physical verification of inventory , including damaged and non-moving stock
  • Match physical stock with system records and analyze variances
  • Review warehouse processes and inventory controls
  • Prepare and present audit reports , observations, and recommendations
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain proper audit documentation and records
  • Use MS Excel for audit analysis, data reconciliation, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Experience in stock audit, inventory audit, and physical verification
  • Good understanding of warehouse and inventory operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
  • Willingness to travel within and outside Faridabad as required
  • Good communication and coordination skills
