Requirements

  • Contacting and onboarding leads received for NRI and Non-Individual accounts (HUF, LLP, Pvt Ltd, etc.).
  • Guiding customers on required documentation and resolving queries during the onboarding process.
  • Ensuring proper record maintenance and timely follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Assisting clients in submitting correct and complete documentation for smooth onboarding.
  • Generating referrals from existing clients and supporting business growth.

Role Expectations (Sales & Business Standpoint)

  • Handling end-to-end onboarding process for NRI and Corporate clients with accountability.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth account opening.
  • Maintaining strong follow-ups with leads to improve conversion and activation rates.
  • Having hands-on basic knowledge of NRI and Corporate documentation requirements.
  • Verifying documents carefully before submission to avoid rework and delays.
  • Using CRM effectively for lead tracking, case updates, follow-ups, and maintaining proper records.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Supporting overall business growth through quality onboarding and customer support.

Required Skill Set

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam (Preffered).
  • Ability to learn and should be proactive.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
