We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Kinaxis Rapid Response Specialist.

Job Overview:

As a Kinaxis Rapid Response Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform, as well as providing support for ongoing supply chain activities. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, as well as the technical expertise to effectively utilize the Kinaxis Rapid Response tool.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform to suit the specific needs of Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the Kinaxis Rapid Response tool with our existing systems and processes.

- Provide technical support and training to end users on the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform.

- Analyze supply chain data and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the supply chain using the Kinaxis Rapid Response tool.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Kinaxis Rapid Response and recommend best practices for implementation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with specific experience in using the Kinaxis Rapid Response tool.

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system configuration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvements within a supply chain environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Hands on experience in developing and configuring different seeded resources in Kinaxis like worksheets, Script, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, administration etc.
• Experience with Kinaxis Advanced Planning tools
• Experience with Supply Chain industry.
• Must be trained in Kinaxis RapidResponse integration platform.
• Technical skills such as SQL, Java Script, HTML, XML, and RapidResponse (RR). etc.
• Database development and understanding of RR data module and process for data import and export capabilities/interfaces with RR external systems (MS-SQL or equivalent background)
• Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis etc.
• At least handled 2 prior implementation projects / support on Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Good to have Kinaxis Integration Consultant level 1 certification
• Good to have RapidResponse Author level 1 or level 2 certification
• Good background in Supply Chain engineering concepts and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, etc.
• Query and report development expertise
• Ability to mesh business requirements and system capabilities to drive improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
