Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate to support employee transport and travel operations. This role is primarily execution- and coordination-focused, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day transport and travel operations, accurate reporting, and adherence to service and compliance standards. Procurement and workplace operations exposure will be considered an added advantage.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate to support employee transport and travel operations. This role is primarily execution- and coordination-focused, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day transport and travel operations, accurate reporting, and adherence to service and compliance standards. Procurement and workplace operations exposure will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Employee Transport & Mobility (Primary Focus)
- Support employee transport and mobility programs, including spot rental cabs
- Assist in daily transport operations, route planning, roster management, fleet utilization and resolving employee transport-related queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with transport vendors on scheduling, attendance, billing, and service issues
- Track and support exception handling, escalations, and service recovery
- Ensure adherence to transport policies, safety norms, and SLAs
- Support logistics planning for larger groups and cohorts, including new hires and internal movements
- Provide coordination support for client travel and VIP movements, as required
- Assist with corporate travel bookings and accommodation coordination on a need basis
- Act as a point of coordination with transport and logistics vendors for day-to-day operations
- Support vendor performance tracking and documentation
- Assist with SOW-related follow-ups and compliance documentation
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and cost reports related to transport operations
- Support invoice validation, attendance tracking, and basic variance analysis
- Maintain operational trackers and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
- Assist senior team members with data analysis and operational reporting
- Support indirect procurement activities related to transport, office, and workplace requirements (preferred)
- Provide coordination support to facilities and workplace operations teams, if required
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Vendor management, employee transport operations, logistics, and travel management
- Hands-on experience coordinating with transport vendors, managing daily transport operations, and resolving employee transport-related queries and escalations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for MIS and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage operational tasks and follow-ups
- Comfortable working in a support role within a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to procurement processes or workplace operations
- Experience supporting large employee bases or multi-location transport programs
- Familiarity with compliance, safety, and transport policies
