Our client, a Tier-1 Law Firm in India, is looking for a brilliant legal mind to join their powerhouse Real Estate practice group in the Delhi NCR office.

📌 What They Are Looking For:
Experience: 4 to 6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) corely in Real Estate law.

Education: LL.B./B.A. LL.B. from a Tier-1 National Law School / Premier Legal Institution in India.

Location: Delhi NCR.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Title diligence, drafting, and negotiating complex transaction documents.

Advising marquee clients, developers, and institutional investors on RERA compliance, local land laws, and zoning regulations.

Structuring real estate investments, joint ventures, and handled structured finance deals in the real estate sector.
