Job Description

• Managing customer portfolios over email and calls and bad debt reduction
• Contact cross functional teams via email for query resolution
• To perform all the tasks with SLA Contact cross functional teams via email for query resolution

• Help others to resolve the process issues
• Manage his own deliverables and ensure that all the SLA’s are met
• Meet the key performance indicators as set by the Manager
• Identify the process gaps & share with Managers
• Help supervisors to build the DPMs & FMEAs

Qualifications

 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B Collections Any Graduate Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, and Power point)
