Senior Associate-IPMS

SagaciousElevate is looking for young and dynamic candidate to work as Senior Associate for the Docketing team who will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of IP filings, deadlines, and related documentation. This role involves tracking critical dates, updating docketing systems, and ensuring compliance with both domestic and international filing requirements. The specialist collaborates closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure timely and efficient processing of all IP filings.

Specifically, the Senior Associate – IP Management System will

• Deadline Management: Track and manage all critical dates and deadlines for patent and trademark filings, including filing, prosecution, renewal, and maintenance dates.
• Docketing System Maintenance: Monitor and update docketing systems for patents and trademarks to ensure accurate records.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize documentation related to patent and trademark cases, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
• Communication: Communicate with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates to ensure that deadlines are met and any necessary documents are provided.
• Data Entry: Input data related to patent and trademark applications, actions, and deadlines into the docketing system.
• Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing status and upcoming deadlines for patents and trademarks for internal stakeholders.
  
  

Experience

• 2 years + experience in IP domain.
