Job Description – Senior Associate , Finance (Revenue/Accounts Receivable)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive – Finance

(Revenue/Accounts Receivable) to manage customer invoicing, receivables, reconciliations, MIS

reporting, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices.
• Perform customer reconciliations.
• Monitor receivable ageing and collections.
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Support month-end closing.
• Reconcile revenue, invoices and collections.
• Support audits.
• Improve AR processes.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX-MATCH,

Power Query).

• Knowledge in B2B E-commerce platforms.
• Tally ERP & SQL knowledge.
• GST, TDS and accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

BCom/MCom/MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter, CMA Inter, with 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable
