• Validate IT cost models and TSA inputs prepared by Associates.

• Manage execution of IT Infrastructure separation/integration.
• Oversee application migration planning, testing, and status reporting.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to develop M&A technology strategies, conduct technology due diligence, and advise on integration and divestiture planning.

• Master's Degree
