We’re hiring a Architect/Senior Architect who can conceptualize independently and then drive the project all the way through Revit/BIM documentation, IFC/GFC issuance, tender packages, and execution support.

This is a high-ownership role—ideal for architects who want real responsibility, fast learning, and direct client/authority exposure.

Skyline Architectural Consultant is a multidisciplinary architecture and infrastructure advisory practice delivering public and private sector assignments across India. Our work demands both strong concept thinking and documentation discipline—especially on institutional and government-facing projects.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualize with minimal supervision: develop planning, circulation, massing, and spatial strategies; produce multiple options and clearly recommend a direction.
• Translate concept into coordinated outputs across Schematic → Design Development → Detailed Drawings, with strong detailing and constructability.
• Lead Construction Documentation and quality-check full packages: plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and coordination drawings.
• Issue IFC/GFC drawing sets with clean revision control, clear annotations, and site-ready detailing.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination with MEP, Structural, Landscape, Planning teams: clash resolution, service zones, ceiling coordination, level freezes, and coordinated updates.
• Support tender deliverables: tender drawings, outline specs, scope clarity, and BOQ/spec support with internal teams.
• Lead client-facing reviews and close comments fast with decision-ready outputs.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, local byelaws, development control regulations, and authority requirements.
• Provide execution-stage support: site visits, RFIs, contractor queries, and design clarifications.
• Mentor juniors: checking, redlining, drawing standards, and on-time issuance discipline.

Must-haves (we shortlist only if all are met)

• COA registration (mandatory)
• 5–7 years post-qualification experience with end-to-end delivery (concept + documentation + coordination)
• Proven ownership of IFC/GFC issuance on at least one project (with MEP/Structural coordination)
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency; Revit/BIM preferred
• Comfortable with on-site role in Lucknow; travel to Jhansi as required
