Job Title – Product Manager- Personal Loan

Function – Retail Banking

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of a Partner Referral App that enables external partners to refer multiple bank products seamlessly. The role involves working closely with digital transformation teams, sales, operations, compliance, and other business units to deliver best-in-class partner experiences and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Development & Roadmap:

Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for the Partner Referral App, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs.
Work with technology teams to design, develop, test, and launch scalable features.
Continuously enhance app performance, usability, and feature set based on partner feedback and analytics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with sales, digital transformation, marketing, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure the app meets business, regulatory, and operational requirements
Coordinate with digital onboarding and API integration teams for smooth partner journeys.
Partner Experience Management & understand partner requirements and pain points through regular engagement and data insights.
Drive initiatives to improve partner onboarding, product discovery, and referral conversion rates.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Define key KPIs for app adoption, engagement, and referral success rates.
Monitor product performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements.

Graduate – Any (Full Time)

Post Graduate – Any (Full Time)
