IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. This is a full-time position in the New Age category, specifically in the Information Technology department's Production Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
• Monitor production output and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any production issues
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to production processes and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Experience with production management software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking industry and regulations is a plus
