We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Technical Developer to join our team for the position Senior Application Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical development expertise coupled with a deep understanding of SAP functional processes. This role requires the ability to handle complex enhancements, integrations, and development of end-to-end applications from SAP backend to Fiori frontend, with a focus on performance optimization and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, integrations, enhancements, and forms according to business requirements
Design and develop full-stack applications from SAP backend (ABAP) to frontend (Fiori/UI5)
Apply performance optimization techniques for both backend and frontend components
Implement proper error handling and logging mechanisms across the application stack

Clean Core Implementation

Apply the Clean Core strategy to maintain a system architecture free from unnecessary customizations
Develop extensions that are strictly separate from the SAP standard application
Implement cloud-compliant extensions and integrations that support future upgradability
Understand and apply side-by-side extensibility concepts using SAP BTP
Ensure modifications follow the Clean Core principles to reduce technical debt
Apply appropriate extension methods based on business requirements (in-app, side-by-side, etc.)
