Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should be a Nagpur-based local candidate and comfortable working from the office. You will be responsible for end-to-end Android application development and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java
Lead Android development activities and guide junior developers
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions
Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications
Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices
Publish, update, and maintain applications on the Google Play Store
Follow Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills:

7–8 years of experience in Android application development
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java
In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack components
Experience with MVVM / MVP architecture
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON
Experience with Firebase, push notifications
Familiarity with Git / version control systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Good to Have:

Experience with EPOS / POS applications (not mandatory)
Experience with payment gateway integration
Experience with hardware integration (barcode scanners, printers, card readers, etc.)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
