Role Description
Be responsible for end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management supporting U.S. Government federal contracting programs, with a strong emphasis on compliance, risk management, GSA MAS Schedule administration, and contract governance. This role will act as a central control point across contracts, task orders, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence under FAR, GSA MAS, and related federal requirements.
The position requires a blend of contract drafting, operational contract management, compliance tracking, audit readiness, and process improvement, with the ability to build scalable templates, playbooks, and trackers to support long‑term federal engagements.

Role Description
Be responsible for end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management supporting U.S. Government federal contracting programs, with a strong emphasis on compliance, risk management, GSA MAS Schedule administration, and contract governance. This role will act as a central control point across contracts, task orders, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence under FAR, GSA MAS, and related federal requirements.
The position requires a blend of contract drafting, operational contract management, compliance tracking, audit readiness, and process improvement, with the ability to build scalable templates, playbooks, and trackers to support long‑term federal engagements.
Key Result Areas
Contract Management
- Draft, review and negotiate low-to-medium complexity contracts—including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs—with a focus on accuracy, turnaround time & risk coverage.
- Maintain a >98% quality score in internal reviews, and deliver within agreed SLAs .
- Ensure contracts adhere to compliance standards & internal checklists.
- Regularly review clauses against similar executed agreements to identify at least 1-2 improvement suggestions per month.
- Flag deviations accurately & timely.
- Identify & escalate potential legal/commercial risks in contracts reviewed, and provide initial mitigation inputs such as alternate language, fallback clauses, etc. in alignment with playbook and project intsructions as communicated from time-to-time.
- Maintain TAT adherence according to the set SLA on contract requests and ensure zero escalations due to quality gaps.
- Exhibit proactive communication and timely updates to clients or internal stakeholders as per engagement norms.
- Independently manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring zero overdue tasks (unless escalated with valid reasoning).
- Display accountability by flagging risks/delays early and updating task trackers daily.
- Actively support team deliverables, step in during high-volume periods, and participate in at least 1 knowledge-sharing or buddy activity/quarter.
- Provide timely inputs when consulted by peers or seniors.
- Effective Teamwork

- Demonstrate adaptability by aligning to evolving priorities and contribute to a positive team culture in sync with Nexdigm values.
- Legal associate with a solid understanding of commercial contracting.
- Strong redlining and negotiation experience.
- Good understanding of FAR/DFARS requirements and their interpretation.
- Experience in obligation tracking and risk management.
- Hands‑on experience working with WAWF, PIEE, CPARS, eSRS, and other federal portals.
- Audit & compliance operations (DCAA/DHHS/agency audit prep, timekeeping controls, documentation hygiene).
- Federal portals/process tools proficiency (SAM.gov, eBuy, GSA Advantage! updates, WAWF/PIEE workflows).
- Communication & stakeholder management along with staffing compliance
- Process design & automation (playbook, KPIs/dashboards, alerts, continuous improvement methods).
