Ciklum is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team full-time in India We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role: As a Senior AI Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for a world-leading professional services organization that specializes in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services. Your work will involve developing innovative software products for clients in the consumer sector. Responsibilities: Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to design, develop, and implement a multi-agent AI solution Utilize Python, LangChain, and LangGraph to build and integrate AI models capable of interpreting data frames and structured data Work with large language models (LLMs) to process and analyze data from SQL databases and CSV or Parquet files Ensure the AI agents interpret existing data sets, outputs from modeled data, and curated third-party data sets to derive domain-specific insights Develop the AI agents to match the skills and responses of functional experts, serving as the reference benchmark for data interpretation and exploration Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure project milestones are met Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the overall quality of the AI implementation Document technical specifications, development processes, and project progress Requirements: Proven experience in Python programming, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning Strong proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, and its applications in AI development Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) for data interpretation Experience or familiarity with ReAct agent, multi-agents, RAG (vector DBs, multi-source RAG) Familiarity with handling and processing structured data, including SQL databases and CSV/Parquet files Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies quickly Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role within an agile development team Knowledge of additional AI frameworks and libraries Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Optionally Preferred Skills: Experience with nascent agentic AI frameworks such as AutoGPT, BabyAGI, and other emerging technologies in the industry Personal skills: Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills What`s in it for you?
