This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Engineer located in New Delhi, India.
Role Description
- Architect & Execute: Own the full product lifecycle - from initial design and architectural decisions to deployment and continuous improvement of our enterprise stack.
- System Optimization: Triage, debug, and eliminate bottlenecks in complex distributed systems to ensure our AI workloads run at peak efficiency.
- Infrastructure Innovation: Build and customize infrastructure that enables seamless tuning, automated debugging, and sophisticated workload orchestration.
- Feature Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of new features, collaborating across teams to turn conceptual AI capabilities into production-ready tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum work experience of 3-5 years
- Core Engineering: Mastery of Python and/or Go. You write clean, performant and maintainable code.
- Data & Scaling: Deep experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and architecting distributed systems using messaging queues like Kafka.
- Cloud Native: A strong grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-scale deployment within AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Analytical Rigor: A natural ability to deconstruct complex problems and implement elegant, scalable solutions.
The Edge: Preferred Qualifications
- AI Orchestration: Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Framework Expertise: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar agentic frameworks.
- Infrastructure Depth: A background in System Software or DevOps with a focus on high-availability distributed systems.
- Communication: The ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
- Prior experience in BFSI sector or similar industries is advantageous.
