We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Admin to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing administrative tasks. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Administrative Specialist will play a crucial role in coordinating office activities, managing vendors and customers, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative activities across the organization, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Manage and prioritize a wide range of tasks, including customer management, escalation handling and performing various operational activities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and provide professional assistance to customers, internal and external stakeholders including executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review various documents, such as reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility of information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and collaboration.
  • Work with senior leadership team in driving various operational activities across different departments
  • Train and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance administrative workflows and systems.


Skill-set requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible positions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
  • Previous experience in handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions as required.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a senior-level administrative role is highly desirable.
