- Create special invoices for services, tooling, development costs, and other items for third parties according to predefined guidelines and legal requirements
- Manage down payments, including accruals, releases, transfers to third parties and intercompany partners, and document processes for auditors
- Support Master Data Governance (MDG) activities, including creating company codes and sales views, and preventing duplicate customer master data
- Review business processes to identify and block redundant entries
- Prepare expected cash inflows for BCF reporting
- Actively process dunning and monitor overdue receivables using overdue reports
- Monitor and process the VFX3 interface
- Manage the Internal Control System (ICS) and act as a key contact for auditors
- Participate in SAP SD projects and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure tasks are completed independently, with compliance to commercial, tax, and group policies, and follow up on issues proactively
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong finance background with deep SAP FI and SAP SD knowledge
- Strong understanding of VAT regulations and commercial compliance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German (required) and English (business communication level)
- Discretion, reliability, resilience, precise and independent work ethic
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
