Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with 6-10 years of expertise in accrual accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, and familiarity with NetSuite. Knowledge of US accounting practices is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage accrual accounting and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate vendor records.
• Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting, data management, and process optimization.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable and reconciliations including vendor, bank, credit card, and customer accounts.
• 6-10 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in accrual accounting, reconciliations, and accounts payable.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of US accounting practices and regulations is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred:

• Experience in a fast-paced, service-based or technology-driven environment.
• Prior experience working with US clients or in US-based financial operations.
