Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Pernem. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing payroll and tax filings, conducting cost analysis, coordinating audits, and assisting in financial planning. The role also involves reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Accounting principles, Financial Statements preparation, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Budgeting, Taxation, and Cost Management
- Experience with Reconciliation, Auditing, and Financial Compliance
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Excel, Tally, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience within the hospitality industry is an advantage
