Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will oversee company accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial health. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, performing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and overseeing taxation. The role also involves supervising financial reporting, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 4-6 years required
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations
• Experience in financial analysis and identifying cost optimization strategies
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous
• Prior experience in food and beverage or manufacturing industries is a plus
