Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong exposure to MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) loans. Candidates must have hands-on experience in MSME lending, along with Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end processing of MSME loan proposals, including sourcing, appraisal, and disbursement.
• Perform credit assessment for MSME customers by analyzing financial statements, bank statements, and cash flows.
• Evaluate Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) cases as part of the credit portfolio.
• Conduct due diligence, field investigations, and verification of borrower credentials.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, RBI guidelines, and internal risk norms.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Monitor post-disbursement activities and support portfolio quality and risk control.
• Prepare and present credit notes, appraisal reports, and sanction memos.

Mandatory Requirements:

• MSME loan experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) is required.
• Gold loan, Vehicle Finance, Agri & Non Agri loans
• Strong knowledge of credit appraisal, documentation, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with banking/ NBFC lending processes.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in Banks / NBFC / Financial Institutions.
