Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kannur for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts reconciliation. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing audits, monitoring financial transactions, and advising on financial decisions. The individual will collaborate with the leadership team to enhance financial processes and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts reconciliation
Proficiency in tax compliance, audit management, and financial regulation adherence
Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
Prior experience (5+ years) in a senior accounting or financial management role
