Python Developer

Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications, services, and APIs.
Build scalable microservices and REST API solutions aligned with project architecture.
Work on data processing, transformation, cleansing, and migration workflows.
Integrate systems using API-based communication with third-party on-prem and cloud applications.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, NTLM, SAML, etc.).
Develop solutions using Flask and Django frameworks.
Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, App Engine, and GCP Console.
Write modular, maintainable, and unit-tested code following best practices (Pytest).
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support production deployments.
Use version control (GIT/SVN) and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Python programming.
Experience in developing applications using Microservices or REST APIs.
Background in data processing, transformations, and migration pipelines.
Knowledge of authentication & authorization protocols (OAuth, NTLM, SAML, etc.).
Experience in building API-based integrations with third-party cloud/on-prem applications.
Working knowledge of Flask and Django frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, App Engine, and Google Cloud Console.
Experience in unit testing using Pytest.
Proficiency in source code versioning using GIT or SVN.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Google Cloud Build.
Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and Teradata.
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or CouchDB.
Good knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
