Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Creste DIY is hiring an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records in an organised and responsible manner. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling numbers, maintaining financial discipline, and keeping accounts updated accurately.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain daily accounting records using Tally Prime

• Handle GST entries and assist with GST filings

• Manage TDS calculations and related documentation

• Maintain vendor records and coordinate vendor payments

• Maintain proper purchase and sales registers

• Track and record all purchase and sales transactions accurately

• Assist in calculating product or activity costing when required

• Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash records

• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts and cash balances

• Ensure financial data is organised, accurate, and up to date

• Support basic compliance requirements for a Private Limited company

Who should apply:

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime

• Understanding of GST and TDS processes

• Knowledge of compliance requirements for a Private Limited company

• Ability to understand and calculate costing of products or activities

• Experience in maintaining purchase and sales registers

• Experience in vendor management and payment coordination

• Comfortable handling cash and performing reconciliations

• Detail oriented, responsible, and organised in documentation
