Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and hands-on experience with accounting software and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally and ERP systems 

• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account 

• Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and variance analysis 

• Generate and present MIS reports for management decision-making 

• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, Company Law, and FEMA regulations 

• Handle filing of returns and manage compliance portals (Income Tax, GST, MCA, etc.) 

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally, ERP software, and accounting principles 

• In-depth understanding of taxation and regulatory compliances in India 

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Hardworking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent 

• CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)
