What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Google Grant campaigns) for multiple clients
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to ministry and nonprofit contexts
• Write compelling, on-brand ad copy that resonates with faith-based audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reports to the internal team
• Identify opportunities to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-result
• Collaborate with our social media, digital ads, and web teams to ensure a cohesive campaign strategy
• Stay current on Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and platform changes

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally managing multiple client accounts
• Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or equivalent) preferred
• Proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking setup
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for persuasive, audience-appropriate copy
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively
