Job Description

Job Description – Accountant

Manage day-to-day accounting activities in SAP, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and credit follow-up
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS calculations, and monthly statutory submissions
Perform all banking-related activities such as bank reconciliation, online bank payments, fund transfers, LC documentation (if applicable), and monitoring daily bank transactions
Track cash flow, maintain petty cash records, and support treasury-related tasks
Assist in month-end and year-end closing, financial reports, and audit-related documentation
Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and coordinate with internal teams and auditors

Job Requirements

Commerce graduate (B.Com required; M.Com preferred)
Minimum 5 year of experience in accounting functions
Hands-on experience with SAP accounting modules
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance procedures
Experience handling banking activities and online banking platforms
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial analysis
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
