Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead and optimize the finance and accounting function across group companies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, a firm command over statutory compliance and controls, and the ability to drive financial discipline, transparency, and performance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Leadership

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations across all group entities.
• Ensure accurate, timely finalization of books of accounts and financial statements.
• Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity across systems.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Analyse financial performance and present actionable insights to management.
• Support cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and margin improvement.

Compliance & Audit

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and legal advisors.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, income tax, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Strengthen audit readiness, documentation, and internal control frameworks.

Treasury & Banking

• Manage banking relationships including payments, limits, guarantees, and fund flows.
• Monitor cash flows and liquidity to support business operations.
• Handle forex and banking‑related transactions, where applicable.

Team & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team.
• Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to align financial goals.

Systems & Tools

• Utilize SAP Business One (Finance Modules) for accounting and reporting.
• Ensure accurate data capture, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
• Drive process improvements through effective system usage.

What You Bring

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
• 10–12 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Business One and Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
