Compensation:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150K - $215K per year
- Guaranteed ramp period: $9K/month for 6 months
About National Fitness Campaign (NFC):
National Fitness Campaign (NFC) is on a mission to build healthy communities across America, making fitness accessible to millions. We partner with municipalities, schools, corporations and major healthcare companies to build outdoor Fitness Courts in public spaces, reducing healthcare costs at scale and building healthy communities nationwide. We're looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our team as we grow and help us lead impactful change.
The Role:
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving our mission by partnering with municipalities and educational entities to bring our innovative Fitness Courts and Community Wellness Campaign to public spaces in communities across the U.S. You will work with local champions and decision makers within public sector organizations to secure funding and consensus for this successful program, active in over 500 cities.
This position is a 100% remote role, where all selling is done via virtual presentations and consutling. The position is focused on new business, with a pipeline expectation of developing 4 new opportunities for partnerships per week, 200 per year. The cycle from first conversation to close is typically 4-6 months, guided by a consultative sales process, direct to to the bureaucracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders in municipalities and schools
- Lead the partnership development process to secure participation in NFC's wellness initiative
- Own a high-volume sales calendar, driving new business and reaching key KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the NFC team to design, fund, and launch Fitness Courts in your region.
- Champion the role of public health infrastructure in building healthier habits and lifestyles across America.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably selling to large organizations, municipalities, or educational institutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Direct sales experience required.
- Comfortability with high volume remote selling environment, similar to SAAS or other products/services.
- Experience securing funding in government, education or enterprise corporate sectors preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- A passion for health, wellness, and impacting communities positively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
