Senior Account Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance, and support smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate should also have banking experience, particularly in handling short-term loans / working capital facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting entries, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare financial records, ledgers, MIS, and reports.
• Manage GST filing, GST reconciliation, TDS calculation, payment, and returns.
• Handle e-invoicing and ensure compliance.
• Maintain cash book and monitor cash flow.
• Manage international trade documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing, audits, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with banks for daily banking activities.
• Handle short-term loans / working capital finance, including documentation, processing, renewals, and repayment tracking.
• Maintain Business booking sheet maintain and updates
• Should be able to handle all the legal / departmental cases
• coordination with CA , Clients and Employees
• Salary Preparation and distribution
• Finalization of Balance sheet by tally data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and banking operations.
• Knowledge of short-term loans / working capital facilities is required.
• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, ERP, or QuickBooks.
• Good communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.
