SEM Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEM Analyst to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with data analysis to ensure accurate budget pacing, clean tracking, and reliable performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage always-on and promotional campaigns using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor
• Monitor and control daily/monthly budget pacing
• Ensure strict adherence to campaign taxonomy and tracking standards
• Own platform troubleshooting and support coordination
• Consolidate paid search reporting using GA4, ERP data, and Shopify exports
• Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds
• Analyze performance using advanced Excel techniques

Requirements

• Experience in SEM / Paid Search
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and GMC
• Strong GA4 and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas)
• E-commerce experience (Shopify preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
