Position Overview

As a Product Specialist – Seller Onboarding, you will play a key role in helping new sellers successfully join and launch their business on the AdxReel platform. You will conduct engaging product demonstrations, guide sellers through registration and KYC verification, provide onboarding support, and ensure they understand how to use the platform effectively.

Your goal is to create a seamless onboarding experience that enables sellers to confidently begin their journey on AdxReel. This role bridges Seller Acquisition and Seller Success by ensuring every qualified seller is successfully onboarded, activated, and ready to grow.

Work Mode

This position follows a two-phase employment model:

Phase 1 – Work From Home (Probation)
  • Duration: First 3 months
  • Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
  • During this period, employees will undergo structured training, product learning, onboarding processes, and performance evaluation.
  • Employees are expected to maintain a professional home-office setup with a reliable internet connection and be available during official working hours.
Phase 2 – Full-Time On-Site Employment
  • Upon successful completion of the probation period and confirmation of employment, the role transitions to full-time on-site.
  • Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Employees are expected to relocate (if applicable) and work from the AdxReel office as per company policy.

Note: Confirmation of employment and transition to the on-site role are subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period and business requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Demonstrations
  • Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations for prospective sellers.
  • Explain AdxReel's platform, seller benefits, advertising solutions, affiliate ecosystem, and monetization opportunities.
  • Understand seller business requirements and recommend suitable platform solutions.
  • Answer product-related questions and build confidence in the platform.
Seller Registration & Account Setup
  • Guide sellers through the registration process.
  • Assist with profile creation and business information setup.
  • Ensure all required onboarding information is collected accurately.
  • Support sellers throughout the account creation journey.
KYC Verification & Onboarding
  • Coordinate KYC documentation and verification.
  • Ensure sellers complete all onboarding requirements.
  • Follow up on pending documentation and approvals.
  • Work with internal teams to facilitate timely account activation.
Seller Training & Enablement
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and platform walkthroughs.
  • Train sellers on dashboard navigation and platform features.
  • Educate sellers on product listings, advertising options, campaign setup, and best practices.
  • Ensure sellers can independently operate and grow on the platform.
CRM & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records in the CRM.
  • Track onboarding progress and update seller status.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers for smooth seller handover.
  • Share seller feedback with Product and Operations teams to improve the onboarding experience.
