Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Selection Specalist (Recruiter) with experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update ATS/HR systems
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support bulk/volume hiring when required.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Proven understanding of technical skill, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with & Utilization of ATS applications
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices, hiring metrics, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Cross skill sourcing Knowledge
  • Exposure in Bulk hiring, virtual Interview drive, and event-based hiring is a plus.
