Role & responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure that all security systems and related processes operate in accordance with established standards and organizational requirements.
• Provide project management support for security system initiatives, including delivery, installation, technical demos, troubleshooting, system integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Carry out system investigations and root cause analyses as assigned, and prepare detailed incident reports or work order summaries.
• Offer pre‑sales design assistance, contribute to RFP documentation, and collaborate with consultants and vendors during Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) activities and project execution.
• Identify security or safety system deficiencies and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Manage and execute activities related to Access Control System (ACS) and CCTV migration projects.
• Oversee AMC renewals, initiate CAPEX requests, and ensure end‑to‑end follow‑up until PO issuance and quarterly invoice processing.
• Perform technical evaluation and validation of all vendor proposals and solutions.
• Coordinate vendor site surveys and ensure timely submission of quotations.
• Supervise periodic preventive maintenance, handle breakdowns, and ensure prompt resolution of system-related complaints.
• Possess hands‑on expertise in configuring, implementing, optimizing, and testing various types of security systems.

Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements

• B Tech
• Minimum 5 years experience in systems system industry.
• Good communication skill
• Readiness to handle responsibilities on a 24x7 basis.
• Ability to deal with employees.
• Committed and dependable.
• Capability to work in night shifts.
• Medical fitness is essential.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Experience implementing Secure System 9000.
• Knowledge of G-Star panels.
• Strong understanding of IP based CCTV solutions, preferably Milestone VMS with IP and iPro cameras.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems like Simplex and EST.
• Understanding of cause and effect matrices and integrated system operations.

Certifications:

• Secure Level 3 certification (preferred due to coverage of programming and circuit-level configuration).
• Milestone certification is an added advantage.
• Notifier system certification is required, especially for HVAC integration.
