• Location: Remote – candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction.

Job Overview

We are recruiting experienced Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and English as a Second Language Instructors to support a research initiative for one of our clients. This project involves using your professional experience in adult education and ESL instruction to design occupation-specific questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review questions that accurately reflect the duties of adult education and ESL instructors
• Apply practical knowledge of teaching strategies, curriculum planning, and learner engagement
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all submitted content
• Meet weekly deadlines and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time professional experience as an adult education or ESL instructor
• Strong knowledge of instructional methods for adult learners
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada

Work Commitment & Duration

• Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
• Project is expected to run through mid-2026, with potential extensions based on performance and project needs

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor role
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered
• Project duration and scope may vary based on performance
