• Handle student queries (in-person & calls)

• Provide quick and accurate resolutions

• Follow SOPs and maintain documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams

🎯 Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream

• Good English communication

• Basic MS Office & ticketing tools (Freshdesk preferred)

• Problem-solving mindset (customer support experience is a plus)
