Your Role at Innocean
As Search Manager, you will own full-cycle paid search strategies tailored to the Indian market. You will work across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Meta Ads, harnessing regional insights—from language diversity to consumer behaviours—to drive measurable success.

Your Role at Innocean
As Search Manager, you will own full-cycle paid search strategies tailored to the Indian market. You will work across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Meta Ads, harnessing regional insights—from language diversity to consumer behaviours—to drive measurable success.
Core Responsibilities
- Search Strategy & Planning: Architect search strategies with India-specific targeting—leveraging keyword trends, regional seasonality, and nuanced audience behaviors across metro and tier 2/3 cities.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta Ads. Implement bid strategies, language targeting, A/B testing, and dynamic ad copy enhancements.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS using Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, and in-platform reports. Supply actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Content, and Tech teams to ensure campaign messaging and build are tightly integrated and culturally resonant.
- Client Engagement: Present performance reviews and strategic course-corrects confidently to stakeholders and clients, demonstrating NPS-driven success.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay on top of SEM innovations—automation trends, responsive search, regional vernacular targeting, and media consumption shifts.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- 4–7 years running SEM campaigns in India, ideally within agency environments and across diverse verticals.
- Domain expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Excel/Data Studio.
- Strategic mindset combined with analytical rigor and a performance-first approach.
- Exceptional communication—able to simplify complex insights for multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indian linguistic nuances, regional trends, and localized targeting.
- Agile, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating fast-paced campaign cycles.
