Job Description
- Study the requirement from specification, drawings & standard
- Study all technical requirement
- Coordination with internal stakeholders e.g. Marketing, Design, Quality, Supply chain , Production
- Organise kick of meeting, Planning & Scheduling (prepare plans in MS project and upload plans in concerto), Budgeting Project monitoring & reviews
- Prepare & communicate status report
- Customer interaction
- Time Management. Scope Management
- Risk Management (Identify Potential Risks, Mitigation& Contingency plans)
- Negotiation (handling conflicts / priorities)
- Adaptability (adjusting to the changes)
- Procurement (BOM details consolidation, submit PPO to Supply chain , co-ordinate with supply chain for placement of PO's, ensure time receipt of full kits )
- Production reviews(submit the full kit details to production team, monitor the production progress and ensure timely completion)
- Handling the complete execution cycle (form project initiation to 100% completion of contract)
