Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Google Ads & Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Write compelling ad copy with high conversion potential.
- Monitor campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and CPA.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Analyze user behavior and recommend optimization strategies.
- Present weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar SEO platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Experience managing campaigns for US-based clients.
- Exposure to Local SEO and eCommerce SEO is an added advantage.
