Key Responsibilities


Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns.
  • Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
  • Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.


Google Ads & Paid Advertising

  • Plan, launch, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy with high conversion potential.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and CPA.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze user behavior and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Present weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve campaign performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar SEO platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Experience managing campaigns for US-based clients.
  • Exposure to Local SEO and eCommerce SEO is an added advantage.
