Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Exact Funnel. The SEO Specialist will manage and optimize clients’ organic search performance by conducting comprehensive keyword research and implementing on-page SEO best practices across websites and landing pages. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing regular SEO audits, identifying technical and content-related issues, and collaborating with content, design, and development teams to implement recommendations. The role involves planning and executing ethical link-building strategies, monitoring web analytics and SEO metrics, and preparing clear performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The specialist will continuously test, refine, and document SEO strategies to drive measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and conversions.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in keyword research and on-page SEO, including optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
  • Hands-on experience performing SEO audits and diagnosing technical, content, and structural issues that affect search performance.
  • Practical knowledge of link building and off-page SEO strategies that adhere to search engine guidelines.
  • Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) to track, interpret, and report performance.
  • Solid understanding of core SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and current industry best practices.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and communicating SEO recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
  • Relevant experience in agency or in-house digital marketing environments; experience with international markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
