Bluvo Digital is not looking for someone who simply “does SEO.”

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who understands how organic search can create measurable business growth.

Someone who can look beyond rankings, identify real growth opportunities, build the right strategy, and execute it with ownership.

We are building Bluvo into one of the most respected growth agencies in the country, and we want people who are serious about their craft.

• Build and execute SEO strategies for client websites
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation
• Perform keyword research and develop content strategies
• Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, and website architecture
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions
• Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and performance marketers
• Identify growth opportunities and present clear recommendations
• Track results and continuously improve SEO performance
  

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Experience working in an SEO role at a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content SEO
• Ability to independently audit and manage websites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear understanding of how SEO contributes to business outcomes
• Verifiable case studies demonstrating organic traffic or ranking growth
• Someone who takes ownership and does not wait for constant instructions
