Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist who will take end-to-end ownership of organic growth. This is an Individual Contributor role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business goals
• Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies, including website titles, meta descriptions, keyword optimization, and internal linking
• Perform technical SEO activities such as site audits, crawl error resolution, sitemap submission and maintenance, and site speed optimization
• Conduct regular website health checks to identify and resolve errors
• Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including link building, outreach, and sharing content across social platforms
• Maintain and update business listings on Google platforms and other third-party directories (local SEO)
• Monitor website performance daily using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
• Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to implement SEO insights effectively
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions; generate performance reports
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices

Experience & Skills:

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
