Primary Purpose
To ensure effective budgeting and forecasting of the hotel's profit, capital, cash and other short-term plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
I. Complete Ownership of Accounts of Della Adventure & Resorts Private Limited and Della Enclave Pvt. Ltd.
II. Verification and monitoring of all Statutory Compliance
III. To co-ordinate with IT & IDS for generating few reports from IDS directly like
VII. All general ledger reconciliation. All ledger scrutiny monthly and passing all month end entries.
VIII. MIS and other Management reporting like Profit & Loss Account, Cash flow statement, Variance statement, outstanding statement. The consolidated MIS will be on monthly basis to be submitted on or before 7th of following month.
IX. Coordinating and resolving all Inter Departmental issues regarding accounts and finance.
Work relations (context - main interfaces - functional report)
Chartered Accountant with minimum of 9-10 years of experience in the hotel industry with Taxation Knowledge

- Complete division wise sales report with all the tax bifurcation so that revenue entry in tally becomes simple (Presently Excel Sheet working of revenue entry is very complex).
- Sales wise report from IDS.
- To make all SOP’s.
- Timely purchase entries and check and call for all pending Supplier Invoices. Periodical Supplier account reconciliation.
VII. All general ledger reconciliation. All ledger scrutiny monthly and passing all month end entries.
VIII. MIS and other Management reporting like Profit & Loss Account, Cash flow statement, Variance statement, outstanding statement. The consolidated MIS will be on monthly basis to be submitted on or before 7th of following month.
IX. Coordinating and resolving all Inter Departmental issues regarding accounts and finance.
- Implementing Management Policies relating to accounts & Finance.

- Interfaces strongly with all department heads and employees
- Effective accounts support to all functions
- Timely dispatch of MIS reports and analysis.
