Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy SEO professional who loves the craft, respects the process, and knows that real results come from ethical, white-hat work done well over time.

If you have been in SEO long enough to see trends, come and go, still stay curious, and enjoy winning as a team, you will fit right in.

What you will do

• Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (technical, on-page, content, and links — the clean way)
• Turn data into insights, and insights into action
• Collaborate closely with content, development, and marketing teams
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates without chasing hacks
• Mentor junior team members and elevate the whole team’s game
• Measure what matters and communicate results clearly

What we are looking for

• Five or more years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
• Deep belief in white-hat, ethical SEO — no shortcuts, no grey areas
• Strong technical SEO foundation (you know why things work, not just that they work)
• A team-first mindset — you win when the team wins
• High energy, self-driven, and genuinely curious
• Low ego, low attitude — confident but humble, and open to feedback

What you will not be doing

• Chasing loopholes, spam tactics, or “quick wins” that do not last
• Working in isolation
• Fighting algorithm updates instead of understanding them
