Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist the SEO team in executing SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Support in identifying short-term optimization opportunities and long-term growth initiatives.
Conduct keyword research using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner. Help build keyword lists, content briefs, and topic clusters to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
Support the content team in optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and website content using SEO best practices such as proper headings, keyword placement, internal linking, and meta tags.
Assist in tracking website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console. Help prepare basic SEO reports on traffic, rankings, CTR, and user behavior.
Help identify basic technical SEO issues such as broken links, missing meta tags, indexing issues, and site structure problems using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Support in optimizing content for featured snippets, People Also Ask sections, and voice/AI search queries to enhance search engine visibility.
Use AI tools for keyword research, topic ideation, and content planning while ensuring content quality and SEO compliance.
Assist in analyzing competitor websites, backlinks, and keywords to identify opportunities for improving rankings and traffic.
Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic trends and assist the team in identifying areas for improvement.
Work closely with SEO specialists, content writers, and developers to learn SEO best practices and contribute to ongoing optimization projects.
